1 General Provisions and Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to the crazytime platform and all services connected to it. If you access this website, open an account, or use any service, it will be assumed that you have read and accepted these terms.
These terms apply in both English and Bengali. 2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Limit

2.2 Multiple Accounts
Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and the related funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Verification
crazytime follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Before a withdrawal or certain activities, you may be required to verify your identity. Verification generally requires one of the following documents:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Copy of passport
- Driving licence
- Proof of bank account or payment account

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
4.1 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount on crazytime is ৳300 (for each payment method) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these limits will not be accepted.
4.2 Payment Methods
Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The same methods also apply for withdrawals.
4.3 Withdrawal Time
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In cases where verification is required, this may take somewhat longer.
4.4 Transaction Security
All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Your payment details are not shared with third parties. Transactions may only be made from an account registered in your own name.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Different contribution rates may apply for different games when wagering from the bonus balance.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Artificial or coordinated betting activity to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, crazytime reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
6 VIP Program
The crazytime VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback applies at each tier, calculated as a set percentage of that week's net losses:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. Cashback is processed once a week and added directly to the account.
VIP tier upgrades are based on active betting activity. crazytime reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms and members will be notified in such cases.
7 Account Security and Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username and password — completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify crazytime support immediately.
The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out under the account. crazytime is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use. Using a strong password and changing it regularly is advised.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crazytime platform:
- Money laundering or transacting using illegal funds
- Playing games using bots or automated methods
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Misusing bonuses or promotional offers
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform's systems
- Fraudulent behaviour towards other users
- Filing chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
If these rules are violated, crazytime may suspend or permanently close the account, hold the associated balance, and take legal action.
9 Responsible Gaming Policy
